Ideal Candidate
We will work together to identify what an ideal candidate for the role would look like to align on what success looks like. We’ll craft a job description and identify key competencies.
Marketing and Pipeline Development
We’ll help you build a diverse pool of potential candidates through internal channels, advertising, and targeted sourcing. This can include creating social media assets and copy, writing a letter to internal stakeholders, supporting the posting to internal advertising channels such as Edjoin, and advertising the position to specific external channels.
Selection Process
We design a selection process, outlining the roles and responsibilities for the hiring team and defining the search timeline.
Qualified Candidates
We conduct an initial resume review and phone screen to ensure all candidates who move forward to you meet the minimum qualifications.
Selection
We write the interview questions, schedule the interviews, and design a hiring task so our clients can focus on conducting the interviews themselves. Then, Schoolhouse conducts reference checks and the client handles salary negotiations.
